Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Unworn items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@needleon.pk with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
